Casa Fonte Nova

My wife and I spent 11 days at casa fonte nova and would recommend it to friends and family. The grounds are very well kept, the hosts are polite and friendly, and it’s very pet-friendly. The pool and yard were super clean, and there’s a fenced area with turkeys, ducks, and chickens. Guests are welcome to walk around and enjoy the fig tree when it’s in season.

The hosts were so kind and made us feel wonderful. Everything was new, the facilities were very well maintained, and the towels and linens were spotless. Breakfast was delicious too. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we’ll be back!

We loved our week in the Casa Fonte Nova apartment, and would happily give it 10 stars if we could. The location is great for exploring the Central region, in a charming little village. The grounds are fantastic, with a superb pool, and the apartment was quiet, very clean, well equipped, and had comfortable bedding. Soisick and Filipe were warm, friendly, and discreet while always being there when we needed them. They helped quickly and kindly when we had a car problem, and shared advice about places to visit. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh, homemade local food, especially Soisick's delicious jams and cakes. Thank you for welcoming our little dog and treating her like royalty. We highly recommend the place and will definitely return. David, Isabelle, Maëlys, and Duchesse

The owners were wonderfully warm and enthusiastic about sharing recommendations for local places. Their tips helped us get to know the region’s nature, heritage, and way of life. The setting is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast of delicious local products was a treat. Everything was impeccably clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the lovely pool was well maintained. A place I’d recommend without hesitation.
