Everything was ready for a comfortable stay, and the apartment felt like a home away from home. It was spotless, nicely furnished, and had all the things we needed. The host was warm and easy to reach, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The place was peaceful but still close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We really appreciated the cozy feel and the thoughtful amenities. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone after a relaxing stay.

The one thing I wish we’d known before booking was that our room would be outside the main compound. The hotel itself is charming, beautifully decorated, and very clean, and Neuza and her colleague were consistently kind and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was excellent. When the room’s automatic door gave us trouble, the team worked hard to sort it out and made sure our baby could get food while we couldn’t access the room. We’d strongly recommend the hotel for its charm, cleanliness, decor, and service.

It started raining around 10 p.m., and by 11:30 p.m. water was running down the bedroom wall, as shown in the photos. There was no heating. I told the owner Khristine on WhatsApp the next morning, but she didn’t reply.
