Algar Seco Parque

We had a family holiday at Algar Seco that we'll always remember. The Bistro served some of the best food we've had, and the pools were relaxing without being crowded. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully put together. The location made it easy to get to the beach, the boardwalk, and day trips to both the east and west. Service was spectacular, with staff who were genuinely kind.

The grounds are beautiful, and the location is worth a million dollars. We booked a T2 Bungalow at relatively short notice and were lucky to get one. It had traditional architecture and interior, though the living-room settees felt dated and heavy, and the kitchen could use more utensils. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were kept very clean with daily cleaning.

The pool area was lovely, and there was a simple but good cafe/bar. Our room was spacious, with great sea views, and the staff were friendly and provided great service.

The pool always had sunbeds free, with plenty of parasols around, and the apartment was spotless. Cleaning through the week was excellent. Inside, the traditional decor was lovely, and the kitchen was one of the best I've come across, with a dishwasher and everything we might need. We had stunning sea views and were close to the boardwalk, with good restaurants near the top of the road and the beach not too far away. We recently spent a very enjoyable week at Algar Seco Parque and would recommend it as a place to stay in Carvoeiro.
