We spent about three lovely days at Casa da Fonte in February and would happily return. Step outside and you're right among the restaurants, shops, museums, and everything happening in Cascais. Inside, the apartment feels cozy, practical, and comfortable, with a great Portuguese character. We'd recommend it to friends.

Henrique, the owner and manager, was incredibly gracious, and the weekly housekeeping was thorough. We stayed for a month in the ground-level Patio apartment with our two-year-old and four-year-old, and it worked wonderfully for our family. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, right in the loveliest, most walkable part of Cascais. WiFi was fast, around 30 megabits per second download. I can't recommend it enough for small families. Just book it!

The rooms are thoughtfully arranged and tastefully furnished in an old building, possibly from the 18th century, if I remember right. It's right in the historic center, and I think it's well worth the price. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

After getting ripped off at a run-down AirBnB in the north of the city, I was so relieved to find this place. The facilities, owner, and location made it the perfect refuge. I'd love to stay here again someday. Five stars.
