Pestana Cascais Ocean & Conference Aparthotel

We spent two weeks at Pestana Cascais and enjoyed every moment. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and welcoming. We had personal issues, and they were attentive and flexible about adapting to our situation. Breakfast was very good, generous, and had lots to choose from, including bread, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. The breakfast and bar/restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Our room was large, comfortable, and cleaned very well every day. We had no problems during the two weeks. We even got upgraded to a very large room with a terrace and a splendid sea view. Well done, and thank you to the whole team. We'll definitely be back.

The team made our New Year’s Eve at Pestana Cascais feel properly festive, and the event was really well organized. The restaurant manager deserves a special mention for being attentive, professional, and charismatic. His leadership added a lot to the evening. We made lovely memories and would happily come back. Nice hotel, nice team.

We stayed from December 27 through New Year’s, and even brought our baby girl to the party. The staff made us feel very welcome, and the food was so good. Our room was spacious, with the sea, beach, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Everyone was friendly and worked incredibly hard. We had a great time and would absolutely return.

I enjoyed the stay, and the restaurant waiters gave great service. The food was good, too. The hotel is in a lovely area, with an excellent coastal path close by, and Cascais is walkable, though the hotel itself isn't in the centre. My room was the real problem. It was near the reception and bar, so it got very loud and I struggled to sleep. I asked to move on both the first and second day, but the hotel was full and staff couldn't offer another room. That was a shame.
