It’s a friendly place with an excellent breakfast, prepared by the host, and our air-conditioned room was exceptionally clean and tidied every day. The area is quiet and feels upscale. Just a heads-up that all the beds were very soft, which isn’t my preference. This place only has a couple of rooms, so it doesn’t feel like a classical hotel, but that worked fine for us. Thumbs up, I can recommend it.

We had perfect days at Villa Dos Teixos and left with lovely memories, though we felt nostalgic about leaving. Mr. Alexandru is warm and hospitable, and always ready to help with anything. The villa is in a quiet area, with excellent conditions, comfortable, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. There’s a pool and sun loungers for anyone who enjoys swimming. We’d love to return next summer!

The villa is comfortable and conveniently close to the ocean. There’s a shop nearby, as well as a very good restaurant serving authentic food. Alexander and Julia are kind, open-hearted and hospitable, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. I’d choose this place over hotels in Lissabon. We’re looking forward to coming back, thank you!

The host was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was included and excellent too, and the villa has a lovely pool. It’s a 25min walk to the centre of Cascais, or €4 in Bolt.

Good value for the price. The owner was hospitable and did his best to help, even though he didn’t speak English. One thing to be aware of: if you choose to pay by card, there’s an extra 6€ fee. It was hard to spot during booking, and I only noticed it after I’d paid.
