Old and worn out, but we wanted somewhere cheap and central for one night, and it did the job. The balcony is tiny, and the place is a rabbit warren of stairs and corridors. The older couple who own and run it aren't friendly and don't speak English. There's no breakfast, though I was sort of glad because it wasn't that clean. I wouldn't come back.

AWFUL. Only stay here if you really have no other options. I can't believe a hotel in Europe could be this bad. The mattress was almost impossible to sleep on, and our room had a window facing inside the building. The smell was terrible. Just avoid this hotel.

The place's character and the friendly staff grew on me, even though I wasn't taken with it at first. It's very small and noisy, but the beds are comfortable and the staff are lovely.

For a low price, it's a dependable place. Still, it didn't meet my expectations.

We paid for four people and booked that way so there'd be enough room, even though there were just two adults and two kids. They gave us a triple room. Very bad.
