Casas D'Arramada

The common spaces at Casa d'Arramada were a highlight, with a pool, ping pong, foosball, and a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a free washer and dryer, with a few simple rules to follow. Feeding the playful, cute donkeys was another favorite moment. Our apartment was warm, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The generous breakfast basket was a nice convenience. Eric was especially welcoming, taking time to show us around and share interesting stories. His suggestions for hikes, guides, beaches, restaurants, landmarks, and other places to visit were invaluable. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend Casa d'Arramada if you’re visiting the area.

Eric is the heart of Casas d’Arramada. He welcomed us warmly and was always there to help, which made it clear how much he cares about both his guests and the property. We found the quality, comfort, and hospitality remarkable for the price, especially in such a peaceful part of Faial. We hope his place grows and succeeds, he deserves it. The house was comfortable, spotless, well equipped, and had a lovely tranquil view. A thoughtful basket with fresh local eggs was waiting for us, and the free laundry was an unexpected lifesaver. We loved every bit of our stay and felt we’d found a special home on the island. If you’re going to Faial, staying here is a must. Highly recommended!

The owners were so kind and helped us a lot when we turned up unexpectedly with a pile of dirty laundry. They also shared plenty about the area. It’s a great setting with lovely views and fun activities. There’s a pool, snooker, and animals that kids love. 10 out of 10.

It’s a lovely, peaceful place with nice views, a welcoming feel, and a good idea for bringing life to the area. The house and rooms are nice too. It can feel a bit cold when the outside temperature is low. The location may seem remote, but the island is small, and the concept is worth it.
