The rooms are nice, the location is great, and it’s a good place to stay. Just be prepared for the stairs if you have large, heavy suitcases. You have to go up a flight that’s three stories high to reach the apartment building, then climb more stairs to the rooms. There’s no elevator.

The location of Entre Ruas Apartments was fantastic, and I enjoyed my stay overall. Cleanliness was a letdown, though. There was mould in the shower, plus dust and some things left behind by previous guests under the bed.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, and having more than just a bedroom was especially nice during the heavy rain while we were in Coimbra. There’s a washing machine, so we could do laundry. The property is in an excellent location, and we recommend it.

There’s a rooftop garden, and the apartment has one bathroom with a shower, two TVs, a desk, and plenty of room. We liked these apartments in Coimbra’s historic center enough to book the same one twice. Just keep in mind there are quite a lot of stairs to climb to reach them.

Hotel Oslo's staff were kind and efficient, and the apartment itself was fantastic, spotless, and beautifully styled.
