We picked this place for its location, free parking, and good price. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the shower was surprisingly good. But the facilities are poor, and the room didn't feel cozy. We opened the windows at night to get some breeze, but there were no nets, so mosquitoes bit us all night until we switched on the air conditioner. The A/C was terribly loud, and we didn't sleep well.

Room 105 was quiet, and the place was clean, though quite retro. Since a residencial doesn't have a 24/7 reception desk, I was given a key and let myself in at midnight.

Antonio was a very gentle host, and the old building was nice and well cleaned. The view of the ancient Roman aqueduct was amazing. The location is good, near the University, and parking is easy. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, and there's a common kitchen.

This beautiful old hotel has helpful staff, but it's very cold and draughty. They could make it a boutique hotel if they updated the electrics and installed central heating and air con for summer. It's advertised as a B&B, but breakfast wasn't offered.

The staff are lovely and really helpful, and the location is great, close to the University and Botanic Gardens. Rooms are simple but nice, with wooden furnishings.
