The pool is fantastic, and Louis, who lives at the Quinta, was incredibly helpful and quick to sort out anything we needed. The accommodation is great and close to the beach, though the walk back is uphill in the evening. In peak season there are very few parking spaces by the beach. The village has one or two small grocery shops and feels typically Portuguese, without much tourism.
