Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The rooms were dirty, breakfast was cold and had very little variety, and some staff weren't helpful.

A lovely hotel with great service, and I really liked the breakfast. Parking is across the road. We stopped at the hotel first so they could enter our license plate, then it all worked automatically without us needing a card. The back lift serves every floor, including breakfast, but it wasn't obvious to us and we had to ask reception for help the first day. There are two steps before the lifts, then about ten small stairs from the lift to the restaurant and breakfast room. There's also an outside entrance, but I didn't try it. With those steps, I wouldn't really recommend it for wheelchair users. Otherwise, it's a great choice.

We always stay here when we visit family in Covilhã, and the service is PERFECT every time. We love this hotel. The rooms are huge and amazing, and breakfast is good. It's close to everything too, like shops, pharmacies, coffee places, and more. The best hotel in Covilhã 🇵🇹

It's an older place, but that gives it plenty of charm. Our room was really big, with an extra-large bed that was comfortable, and the linens were comfortable too. The bathroom towels were good. The windows and drapes kept the street noise out. There's free parking across the street, as others have mentioned.
