The grounds are lovely, with gardens, little ponds, winding paths, wooden bridges and historic buildings. It’s quiet and tucked away, a great spot to unwind, and the fireplace by the entrance makes it feel cozy. The staff were professional and very accommodating. I came for the Termas, though, and despite the kind, attentive team doing their best, the thermal area felt very dated and was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend the Termas. Hopefully they’ll update the experience for future guests.

Karina made us feel welcome right away and helped us settle in, even showing us how to use the AC. We’d had to leave a nearby hotel because it didn’t have AC, and she was helpful and professional when we explained what happened. She also showed us the rooms before we booked, which put us at ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wooded grounds are beautiful. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. We’re so glad we found Hotel Termas and that Karina was there to help us out.

We planned to stay for just one night, but extended twice because we didn’t want to go. The park and its large lake make the place feel wonderfully peaceful, and the hotel itself is quiet too. It’s cozy, with a feeling like time has stopped, surrounded by nature. Our room and the rest of the hotel were exceptionally clean, and the team clearly takes care of everything with love. Everyone was friendly and happy to help with our questions.

I came for the couples massage, and the staff were friendly. The facilities feel untouched by time. The gardens must once have been beautiful, and they still have a romantic feel. A peaceful, serene place.

Friendly staff, and the place is quiet and nice for a few days of relaxation. It’s a little old fashioned, but well kept.
