This is fine for a night or two, and the central location is a plus. The bathroom was okay, but the bed wasn't comfortable and the couch was much better. The TV was tiny, and parking is several hundred metres away. The room was very cold when I arrived, with a slightly musty smell. I ran two space heaters for several days before it became tolerable. Luckily, I found another apartment. There's no air conditioning, but the basement location did make that bearable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the only window was in the bedroom, which gave the place a basement feel. Dogs barking outside that window woke me several times in the middle of the night.
