The weather on our wedding day was rough, but Justin and the whole team did so much to keep everything as close to our plans as possible and make sure everyone was comfortable, rain, shine, or hurricane. The service was exceptional, and every staff member made us feel welcome and stayed professional through all the challenges the rain brought. Justin and Jelle were compassionate, proactive owners from the start. They were willing to work with every idea we had, big or small, and always tried to make things work for us. The food was among our favorite meals in all of Portugal, and each room has its own enchanting feel. Our guests kept asking how we found this unique, beautiful place. We got married here about three weeks ago, and it’s still hard to put into words how wonderful it was. Casa Paço made it the best day of our lives, and we can’t express how grateful we are. All the activities were well organized, and we had a lot of fun taking part in them. I also had a wonderful massage and came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent, varied, and more than plentiful. Casa Paço D'Ilhas felt like a peaceful home, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The welcome was lovely, with all the hosts being so friendly and warm. Thank you to the Casa Paço D'Ilhas team for everything. I loved the place and will definitely come back for another stay.

The food was fantastic at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with great taste, aroma, and variety. I’d give everything a 100, not just a 10. I spent a vacation here with my family, and from the facilities and service to the kindness of every host, we felt cared for. It honestly felt like we were family, not guests. Heaven on Earth.

The different spaces are all inviting, interesting, and beautifully made, and the whole venue feels magical from the moment you step inside. Our son’s wedding was held here, and we had a very special few days full of love and laughter. It’s a superb wedding venue, very well run, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Justin and Yala kept everything moving smoothly, and the staff are a real credit to you.

The care and empathy at Casa Paco D'Ilhas came through in everything, and the team treated some of the most vulnerable members of our society to days of rest, peace, and laughter. We partnered with Jelle and Justin for a wonderful retreat for the Lisbon Project community, an NGO supporting vulnerable migrants and refugees. The rooms were beautiful and the food was a highlight for everyone, but the kindness and generosity mattered most. Everything was done to a high standard and made every guest feel valued. Thank you, Jelle and Justin, for your humility, generosity, and for giving back. I couldn’t recommend Casa Paco D'Ilhas more.
