Ericeira Prime Villas

The villa was incredible and just a 1-minute walk from the center. The owner is such a kind, generous man. We arrived to find fresh fruit, bread, pastries and wine waiting for us. We highly recommend it and are definitely going back!

Rui was a wonderful, responsive host who gave us great recommendations. When my husband told him we were celebrating a special occasion, Rui surprised us with champagne and berries. The family-owned compound has beautifully built villas with just the right amount of space, and ours made for a 10/10 stay. Town and two lovely beaches are a short 10-minute walk away; a large supermarket, pharmacy and laundromat are just 2 minutes away. We'd happily come back. Thank you, Rui, for a lovely stay. The WiFi didn't work for us, so if you need it for work, I'd suggest using a coworking space in town.

The host's recommendations were great, and I even got a text with breakfast ideas on the first morning. The welcome was second to none, with cheese and wine, and they've thought of all the little details. There's everything you need when travelling with a baby. The layout is beautiful, there's plenty of storage, the bed is good quality and the pool is nice. Can't fault the place.

Our son loved having a private pool, and we found the place quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, and the small kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our April 2025 stay at Prime Villas. Rui made us feel very welcome and had great suggestions for local restaurants and sightseeing. Town is an easy walk away. Definitely recommend it.
