Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with pastries, fresh fruit, homemade bread, charcuterie, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, and more. The rooms were spotless, and the terrace had a magical view. Chiara and Davide were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. They shared great suggestions for beaches, tasty nearby restaurants, and day trips. The Globetrotter’s Inn is in a beautiful beachfront spot, with convenient access to Lisbon and other historic towns. We loved our stay, can’t recommend it more highly, and will be back!

The room was lovely and super clean, and the location was great. Everything was perfect apart from the sound of cars passing by, which you can hear from the room.

The service and breakfast were good, and the accommodation sits on the edge of a village. But getting to the sea, restaurants, or shops takes a 20-30 minute walk. We had a very hard time sleeping. The main road runs right by the room window and stays busy and noisy until 3:00 or 3:30 in the morning. Traffic starts again at 5:00 a.m., so opening the window wasn’t an option. There’s no air conditioning or fan either. The room had very minimal furnishings: a bed, a nightstand, and balcony chairs. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s cheap, and the price for what you get isn’t bad, but sleep was hard to come by. There are lots of roosters crowing at night, and sometimes the owner’s dog barks for an hour straight, including from 3 to 4 a.m. Then the owner starts house repairs with a hammer and things like that at 8 in the morning.

Basic, and nothing special for the price. There’s no TV, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked. When I asked, the owner said, “I’m sorry, but we don’t have a TV in the accommodation.” There are only bath towels, too. Breakfast was ordinary.
