The double room for two people was spacious and had its own bathroom, and there are restaurants nearby. You can sit outside in the garden and buy inexpensive drinks at the hostel. Pilgrims are warmly welcomed.

We messaged in the morning while walking toward Fao to ask about a bed, and sorting it out on WhatsApp was easy. They put us in a double bed in the caravan out in the yard, which was a welcome break from the usual dorm with 6-10 people. The showers had great hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A friendly family runs the place, with two sweet cats keeping watch around the neighborhood all day and night ❤️

The modern, clean bath and showers were great, and the man at reception was friendly and helpful. He even picked us a fresh lemon from the trees because we had no vinegar. We also had a nice pilgrim-style evening, washing clothes by hand and cooking a simple meal with some other pilgrims. The one unpleasant moment came around 1 a.m., when someone ignored quiet time after 10, made a loud, excited phone call in the middle of the night, and slammed doors. That wasn't the hostel owner's fault. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable and came with a comforter, and the bathroom was clean. The pillow, though, was pretty bad.
