On a busy holiday weekend, every place was booked, and we were exhausted Camino pilgrims carrying heavy backpacks on our honeymoon. We were in a real bind. The Spot Hostel was full, but Sandra wouldn’t leave us stranded or let the day end in a sidewalk disaster. She found us an emergency room in a nearby house. We trusted her without even seeing photos, and it turned out to be a beautiful, very modern house. The hostel looks just as modern and impressive. Her incredibly warm, caring welcome made us feel at home right away. This is the true Spirit of the Camino and hospitality at its finest. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into this lovely, sweet hostel. It’s very clean and has everything you need. There’s a supermarket nearby, so you can buy food and cook in the kitchen. The owner is kind, clearly loves what she does, and is always ready to help. She even suggested other hostels for my Camino. I’d recommend staying here!
