This is an AirBnB arrangement, very clean and thoughtfully equipped. Little touches like special teas, fresh flowers and candles made it clear that a lot of care went into making guests comfortable.

This place is charming, with lovely decor in a building that's many hundreds of years old. It feels historic while still offering all the comforts of modern life. The owner pays close attention to the details and makes sure guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The one inconvenience is having to leave the car parked away from the house. But it's a medieval city, so that comes with the setting. The location is great, and you can see all the main sights on foot.

The apartment was a comfortable base, with everything we needed, a comfy bed, and a striking centuries-old brick vaulted ceiling. It’s close to Évora’s center and the market, and the nearby tavern is a nice place to soak up the local atmosphere. The parking spot, a few minutes away on foot, was a real bonus. I also want to thank our lovely hostess for being so kind and helpful, and for leaving thoughtful gifts in the apartment. She was delightful.
