We loved how quiet and pastoral the setting was outside Evora, with plenty of grounds to wander, vineyards, and even its own megalithic site. The property itself is stunning, with two pools. Inside, everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and had the modern comforts we needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the stay an A+. It was a perfect visit, and I’d happily come back for a week.

We were sorry to be leaving after just one night. The beautiful grounds and well-maintained common areas were lovely to walk around, and relaxing by the pool was a treat. The staff were kind and attentive from the start, even welcoming us with cake and an espresso. Such a small, thoughtful gesture made a real impression. The location near Evora was great too.

We came with 13 family members for Easter weekend, and the spacious rooms and beautiful property worked perfectly for us. The staff were always helpful and available whenever we needed anything. We had dinner there one night, and it was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful every morning too. I can’t say enough good things about the place, and I can’t wait to come back.

Lovely ranch-style place just outside Evora, with a really nice pool area.

There are several spots around the grounds where you can sit and enjoy how peaceful it is, with the birdsong all around. The old house is set among olive groves and vineyards, and Évora is close by. Some parts feel a little faded, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs cooked hot, and lots of homemade jams and cakes. A beautiful historic building and a natural haven for a stay in the area.
