The rooms showed some wear, but they were clean and spacious. We had a great stay: the staff were professional, kind, helpful, and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. We visited in winter, so the pool was closed, though it was maintained and made a relaxing view. The Evora castle walls are just a few metres away.

The staff made us feel so welcome and were always warm and helpful. Carla deserves a special thank you for all the help she gave us. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of tasty choices, and the manager was the best too. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a perfect bed. We had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend the hotel. Greetings from a Greek couple!😉

We found it easy to walk to many sights from this hotel, just beyond Évora's walled area. The room was lovely, with a nice balcony and huge towels in the bathroom. Breakfast each day and the pool were nice extras, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

At 2am, after I'd checked in and fallen asleep, bed bugs woke me up. The man at reception said I'd brought them from Lisbon, then moved me to a room across the building. I woke again at 4am after finding more bugs. He put me in a third room, said nobody else had complained, and blamed me. That room was fine, and breakfast was free.

The location just beyond the city walls worked perfectly for a city break. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. Breakfast was lovely too. Great hotel.
