Prendal Eco Living Villa II - Minho s Guest

It’s a decent apartment, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I arrived with my wife and baby, and the hot tub still wasn’t ready. Customer support spoke aggressively and told me to leave and find somewhere else if I didn’t like it. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Things escalated until the GNR police were called and a report was made. At 9:00 PM, I had to leave with my family and our one-year-old baby. The owner and several relatives also came to the apartment and acted aggressively. I have full proof, including chat messages and photos. We were there for only three hours, but the whole thing was extremely stressful and unreasonable. The hot tub still wasn’t ready at 8 PM. The apartment wasn’t clean, and the promised cleaning supplies weren’t provided. I also didn’t receive an iron, baby chair, or other requested items. The hosts behaved aggressively and disrupted our family holiday, yet still expected payment for those three hours. I’d confirmed my privacy concerns in advance, but they dismissed them in an unacceptable way when we arrived, and that’s documented in the chat. Airbnb processed a refund, but it doesn’t erase what we went through. They ruined our holiday and even tried to charge me €180 after I left. Be careful.
