The location was the one good part of our stay. The flat needs a lot of maintenance, and I think the photos are quite old. We booked for the private pool, but there was no pool available. The agency told us only about 30 minutes before we arrived that it was empty. First they said they’d just heard about it and someone had to come; later they said it was already empty, a technician had been, and they’d ordered a new pump with no delivery date. I find it hard to believe anyone orders something these days without a delivery date. The mattresses were horrible, and after a week we had a lot of back pain. Some towels were dirty, though we had spares we could use for our feet. The bed sheets were dirty too. There’s just one bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor, so calling it two bathrooms is incorrect. The room with the small balcony had no curtain, and there were electrical wires hanging down. There were lots of dead mosquitoes and blood marks on the wall, which was disgusting and should have been cleaned. The kitchen cupboards smelled bad, like the house hadn’t been used for a long time. They offered compensation for the missing pool, but it wasn’t even the cost of one night. We were told we could use the common pool. It seems they added two adjoining flats to the main one to raise their margin, so you can hear those guests as if they were next door. To reach the shared area and pool, you have to walk in front of their flat, which was annoying for them and for us. The sunbeds in the common area were broken.
