The rooms are dated, but the beds were comfortable and everything was incredibly clean, top to bottom. When I was stranded at 2am, the friendly staff were available to help. The place has everything you need, and they let me leave my suitcase there while I popped out. Couldn't fault it.

Friendly staff and a nice, clean hotel. The beds were a bit hard for my taste.

4/10
The staff were pleasant and helpful, which was a bright spot in a hotel whose standard doesn't justify the high price. My room was terrible and had no air con. The windows were small, the shower head couldn't be adjusted to point straight down, so I had to stand toward the edge of the bath. There was only short hanging space, no good for dresses. Even two stars feels generous.

For what we wanted, Alnacir did the job: a clean, decent place to sleep for the night. The room was tidy and well presented, and the shower worked well and was warm. It's not a high-end hotel, but not bottom of the range either. The staff were friendly, and it seemed well run, with people doing their best with what they have. Breakfast was reasonable. I'd head into town for dinner, there are some great restaurants there.

Our three-night stay was lovely. The room is a little dated, but the hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. There's a small, modern bar in the lobby that's cosy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
