We had lovely views over the Ria Formosa, and there was parking, but the stay was badly managed. At a cost of €1,200 for six people for three nights, the house could have been much better. Check-in was meant to be at 4:00 PM, but the place hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so we waited two hours until 6:00 PM to get in. Water was leaking from the fridge. For six people, they left only two complimentary coffee capsules and two tea bags, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed despite knowing our group size. The single bed mattress was under 15 cm thick and unbearable to sleep on.
