Sara was an incredible host. She booked us dinner at one of her favorite places, and it was fantastic. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the pasteis de nata were a hit. The room felt cozy and comfortable, and I really liked the architecture. Everything inside was spotless and well kept. One small suggestion: check that the guest supplies haven't already been opened.

I only stayed one night this week, but the staff made a strong impression. They were caring and focused on guests, listened well, and seemed perfectly trained to help. Their English was fluent, and they were generous with their smiles. Bravissimi! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are super comfortable. The decor is really appealing, with care put into the details.
