Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served in the guest house living room. We felt at home straight away in the spacious room, and our hosts welcomed us like family. It's a wonderful place in the center of Figueira da Foz, especially if you'd rather avoid the anonymity of a hotel.

We paid for a room for four with two double beds, and it was a very disappointing stay. There was mould on the walls and exposed live wires, plus a terrible sewer smell from the bedroom. We had to leave the window open, but the street was extremely noisy, with a club right next door playing loud music all night. The TV didn't work, and the towels were stained. It wasn't worth what we paid.
