I don't like leaving negative feedback, since I've always thought running a business these days is heroic. But I have to explain what happened. The Booking description said we'd have rooms with private kitchens, so we expected that when we arrived. Instead, there was just one shared kitchen for everyone staying in the house, which left us amazed. We were traveling with our one-year-old and had hoped to have dinner together while the baby slept, as we usually do. That wasn't possible here. We canceled and expected a full refund, since the description clearly didn't match reality. Instead, the accommodation and Booking passed responsibility back and forth and offered only 50% back. When people pay in advance, the services need to be described rigorously and accurately. Losing more than 500 euros because of an error they admit was entirely theirs is unacceptable.

The wraparound balcony was a real highlight, especially from the top floor. A lovely place to stay, thank you.

The apartment was clean and had a nice view, and the staff were kind. Everything matched what we expected.
