We stayed in a lovely little valley that felt peaceful and idyllic. The accommodation was excellent, and the hosts were lovely. I’d happily recommend it.

The refrigerator was really just a small cooler, so it barely kept anything cold. The “pool” was more like a tank, with no privacy, and the gas ran out after only two of our four days. The hosts never bothered to replace it. Apart from those problems, everything else went normally. At first the hosts seemed very friendly. Things ended badly, though. They told us we had to leave at 11 because new guests were arriving, and then we were hurried out in a way I’d never experienced before. My partner politely asked them to wait until we’d finished leaving, but the owner came into the house and searched all through it as if we were there to steal something. He became aggressive when asked to wait. We were shocked and left as quickly as we could. In response to the owner on 28/09: what he called irreparable damage was a wine stain caused by accident. Maybe he was so angry because he wanted to use the same sheets for the next guests, who were arriving right after we left. Accidents happen, and wine stains come out. The Dome is tiny, so it’s almost impossible to leave it in complete chaos. I’ve never had problems with any other stay, as my Booking and Airbnb reviews show. This was my first time dealing with this strange man, and I definitely wouldn’t come back.

A great place to get away from the hectic pace of everyday life. The hosts pay attention to every little detail, and Bento is part of that care. It’s a bit tucked away, but finding it means getting a little lost first, doesn’t it?
