We spent three nights at the quinta and loved it. It’s a beautiful place, and the service was exceptionally friendly.

The gardens are spectacular, with a pool, sauna, and pool table. The rooms are beautiful, with original wooden furniture, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. It’s a little way out of Horta, but the owners can arrange taxis.

The room and pool were spotless, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really tasty, with fresh cheese and yoghurt from the Azores. Wi-Fi stayed stable, and the TV had Netflix and Amazon. There was no water heater or fridge in the room, though. When I asked about the laundry price, I didn’t get a clear answer and was told it would depend. In the end, we paid 49€ for a couple of T-shirts, shorts, underwear, and socks. It felt like a total scam and left a bitter taste.

This family-run guesthouse is about ten minutes from Horta by car, though it’s a long walk into town. The hotel is beautiful, with a huge garden, swimming pool, pool table, and chess table. Our bedroom was very nice and cleaned daily, and breakfast was delicious. You can see the owner’s care and passion in the small details. The owners were available and ready to help whenever needed. Recommended!

The rooms are beautifully done, and there’s even a bidet for your dear Italian one. You’ll also find all the facilities you might need, including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and pool. Highly recommended!
