The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a nice view over the banana garden and ocean from the terrace. The welcome fruit spread was a lovely touch, and the air conditioning worked well. Some things were broken, though, including the shower and toilet, and there are only two small windows by the door. Getting to the beach takes about 20 minutes along a mountain road, with buses and taxis available. For the service, I found it a little expensive.

Parking was a struggle, and our ground floor apartment had no view. Inside, the place felt old and smelled bad, the beds weren't comfortable, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The basics were pretty bare: no cooking oil, spices or tea, just two cups and a couple of wine glasses. There was no shampoo or soap apart from a little hand soap and dish soap. It felt much too expensive for what we got.

The outdoor kitchen wasn't a problem at all, even in the evenings, despite our January stay. The people were very nice, though we hardly saw them. For my girlfriend and me, this was the best of the three places we stayed. The others cost a bit less, but this one gave us very good comfort for the money.

The bed was fantastic, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location worked well too, with buses to get around and everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The staff were kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and happy. They also suggested local sights and routes so we could have fun and stay safe. Humble, lovely people. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.
