We had detailed instructions, which made everything easy. The apartment was very clean, with underground parking, and the polite host responded promptly. It's within walking distance of the beach, tourist attractions, and restaurants. A great place.
The car park is very tight, so take extra care, and it probably won't suit an SUV. The place has become quite dated and doesn't look like the pictures. Still, it was a good stay, and you can easily walk to downtown Funchal. I'd recommend it for a short visit.
Just a few minutes on foot from the centre, this little place is tidy and well kept. The rooms were clean and nice, and the small kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was useful.
