I was contacted twice about an airport transfer, but only found out the place wasn't available when I arrived at the door. It was still listed as available on booking sites despite being overbooked. They sent me somewhere far from the center, with no other option and no refund.
I can't recall the name, but the studios in Funchal old town are much better.
