Marco at reception was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Thanks for that! I've stayed at this hotel twice in a double room, and found it good value for money. The rooms are clean, which matters most to me, and the little kitchen is well equipped. With the windows shut, I slept without any trouble. It's a great base for day trips. The airport bus stops a few metres from the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops, plus the lido, within a couple hundred metres.

The room was extremely noisy, with road sounds coming through because the insulation is very poor. The bed was hard as stone and the pillows were terrible. I had a horrible backache all week and needed painkillers. They didn't change the sheets for the whole week, although the information said they would every four nights. I could tell because they never looked as straight as they had on the first night. We were given just one tiny soap for washing our hands and face, with no other toiletries, which is really unusual for a 3-star hotel. Finding free parking is very difficult, and reception weren't willing to help. They just suggested a private car park for 14€/day, from 8 am to 8 pm. I asked for a cappuccino from the breakfast room coffee machine and was told I had to request it the previous day, before 5 pm. That's ridiculous when nobody has to prepare it, it's just a machine. One morning during breakfast hours I went down hoping to use it anyway, but everything was closed and switched off at 8.30 am. They said I couldn't have coffee. What a horrible stay. I don't recommend this hotel for all these reasons.

We were there for three nights in May and got a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. The staff were very friendly. There's a small grocery shop and café downstairs where you can get coffee, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Lido (natural pools). Totally recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay, and I really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and for travellers wanting a simple, clean, comfortable place in a great location, it has what you need.
