Every day we came back to a spotlessly clean place and felt at home. Each morning, we received fresh bread, a lovely touch. The hosts welcomed us warmly with a taste of Madeira wine, and were so kind and caring throughout our honeymoon. They even warned us about bad weather and checked that we were safe and comfortable. At 3 a.m. on our last day, they got up to make sure we had no trouble with the car and wouldn’t miss our flight. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Funchal!
