Quinta do Ragal - Glamping

The view from my porch was amazing, whether I was enjoying the morning or looking up at the stars in the evening. I spent 15 nights at Quinta Do Ragal and found the whole stay peaceful and therapeutic. Birds sang outside in the morning, and on some days a sheep or two and some chickens would come by. Breakfast was always delicious, and the owners were thoughtful. I also made dinner in the shared kitchen and ate outside at the table, taking in that lovely view. Joanna and Paulo are kind, smart, wonderful people, a joy to spend time with. They made me feel like family, not just welcome, and they'll always have a special place in my heart. I look forward to staying at Quinta Do Ragal again in the near future.

The hosts are welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they care a lot about the animals. Joana is like a Disney princess, the animals adore her! The yurt is cozy and comfy. Such an amazing place, 10/10, I'd visit again.

The night sky was absolutely incredible, and the room was really comfortable too. I came to the region for work and needed somewhere for four nights, then found my new favorite place in the Fundão region. Paulo and Joana deserve a warm mention. They had the guts to leave the big city, dreamed up something different, and made it happen. They're fantastic hosts. You guys rock. See you soon, I'll be back.

Paulo and Joanna are warm, friendly, and helpful, while still respecting your privacy and keeping a good balance. The homemade breakfast was lovely and unlike what you'd typically get elsewhere. We slept in a yurt, which was beautiful, very spacious, and super clean, with five-star service in a tent. Our children, aged three and five, loved it too. We had fun at the cherry festival. The whole place, from the rooms, yurts, and houses to the shared kitchen and bathrooms, is incredibly well made and full of taste and design. Beautiful views, place, and people. Quinto do Ragal is new, but I think it'll become a big success. We only regret staying one night. Book and enjoy.
