Such a lovely historic stable, with a real old-time feel. It was beautiful and clean, the staff were great, and breakfast was nice. It's a short walk to the church and all the horse-related things. Nicest horse stable I've ever stayed in!

We were sore and tired after walking the Camino from Santarem, and Rita greeted us at reception with ice-cold water and helped us check in. She was so friendly and welcoming, an absolute sweetheart. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was the best we'd had on the walk, with hot water and great pressure. Thanks, Rita, and all the best!

Rita was a friendly host and helped me figure out what to do around the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I liked sometimes hearing horses go by on the street.

We were cycling the Camino and had two days of rain that left our clothes muddy. When we asked, the hostess washed them and had them back dry an hour later. Breakfast was both tasty and adequate. Thank you!

A lovely hotel in a great spot in town. The room was great, and so was breakfast.
