The room was revolting. There was a large stain on the curtain beside the bed, running down it, if you know what I mean. I nearly vomited. We then waited 25 minutes in the garage for the room to be cleaned. After asking for 12 hours, we went out after 5 hours to get something to eat. When we came back, the employee said we were only entitled to 6 hours and had already gone over the time, even though I'm completely sure we had paid for 12. There was a big argument at reception. In the end, we paid for 12 hours but got only 6. The employee was rude and arrogant on the phone, and even accused us of being drug users. We called the manager, who showed no concern for us as customers and even tried to make out we were lying about the hours. A truly regrettable experience, and one I won't repeat.

The London room was where I stayed, and I loved it. I’d dropped in by chance, but it turned into one of my best experiences as a couple. Incredible in every way. I’d definitely recommend it.

That suite looked lovely, but it didn’t feel clean. The stairway needed sweeping, and the rooms really need a proper clean. Leaving was a hassle too: I got stuck waiting because only the staff could open the garage. Why can’t you pay at reception like everywhere else?

The outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony was a great bonus, and we had a really good time. We’d booked this suite as a last resort and ended up very happy with it. The service was quick and easy, and everything was hygienic. No complaints.

The food was awful. We ordered two francesinhas for dinner, and one came with hard bread that tasted spoiled. At breakfast, I asked for a cappuccino and got a dark meia de leite instead. The room wasn’t clean when I checked in, so they moved me to another one. The check-in time stayed the same, even though I lost 20 minutes because of the motel’s mistake. Then I was nearly kicked out of the room. Completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed at plenty of motels, but I’ve never had such poor service and treatment. The whole experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
