We came to charge the car and popped in for a coffee. The service was quick, friendly, and excellent!

We decided to eat at the restaurant while charging the car. The set menu is fair for the price, though at 16 euros you can’t expect top ingredients. The tropical salad looked nicely presented, but the lettuce with canned peach and pineapple wasn’t as tasty as it would’ve been with fresh fruit. The pork cheeks, though, were really good.

We stopped to charge our Tesla, but the restaurant was closed, so we got a few snacks at the hotel bar. The menu can be found online. Both sandwiches were quite large. The toast with guacamole and tomato was rather dry and could’ve used more guacamole. The fresh orange juice was perfect.

A fantastic way to get away from the city, and the nightly rate was incredible. The staff were excellent, and we ate at the restaurant two evenings in a row. It was great both times. The room was average, though the mattress was good. I wish the pool opened earlier than 10 AM and stayed open longer. They put a top sheet on the bed, as is customary in the USA, and provided hand towels. The shower gel was pleasant.

The hotel felt calm and serene, and I was very relaxed and comfortable there. The staff were great, and the restaurant was good. The pool was cool, but lovely after a hot day on the road. I’d love to come back.
