Casa das Jardas

The garden is lovely, carefully kept and arranged, with space to relax or spend time with friends and family. There’s a nice pool too, plus a games room with billiards and table football. We loved it all. Our room and mattress were comfortable, which matters a lot to us, and I appreciated the good-quality bathroom products, including body lotion, rather than the usual stuff. Paula welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave helpful suggestions. Breakfast was complete and homemade, and we had a lovely chat with her. The location works well too, about 30 minutes from Castelo Branco and close to Vila de Ródão.

We’ve stayed here three times already, and we’re definitely coming back. The place is beautiful and so peaceful, and the rooms are really comfortable. What stands out most, though, is the hospitality. Paula and Wilson are gracious hosts who make you feel welcome and pampered like royalty. The breakfast is epic!

Tucked into beautiful, rustic countryside, this is a great place to stay. Paula’s hospitality is remarkable, and the breakfast she made for us was at a five-star hotel level. I can only recommend it!

The manager was so kind and accommodating, even though I’ve forgotten his name. We loved having breakfast out on the back patio, it felt like a scene from a movie, so relaxing and beautiful. The hammocks were amazing, and we watched a gorgeous sunset. The setting at Casa das Jardas was more beautiful than I’d hoped for in a country villa. Really well done!
