The small, hard-to-see steps are a trip hazard, including around the pool. A strip of color or even a warning notice would help. The pool isn’t heated, but there are lots of sunbeds. We’ve stayed at the Marina Culb twice now, and the location still works great for us, right by the marina and close to the station and a good supermarket. In our three-bedroom apartment, being near Pingo Duce meant we could get fresh croissants every morning. We’ll be back.
The resort is quiet, overlooks the marina, and has a lovely pool and health facilities. Our room was large, and the whole place was very clean. Breakfast was included and good. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the old town.
The restaurant team really made the stay for us. They were so kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I’d definitely recommend it.
I stayed several nights, but coffee was left in the room only on the first day. When I asked at reception, they said more would cost an extra €3. I found that shocking and really disappointing. It feels petty for a hotel to charge extra for something so basic.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket within walking distance. The place is clean and wheelchair accessible, with a small but decent gym. Parking is across the road, and the location is great. The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. I’d come back again.
