The staff were all smiles and immediately helped us when we arrived to find there was no reservation in the system because we’d booked the wrong dates. They found us a room and helped cancel the original hotels.com reservation without a charge, even though it was non-refundable. The friendliest hotel ever, and we’re coming back.

The pool area was great, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the old town, with a supermarket and several beaches nearby. We’d been told before arriving that construction was happening next door, but we barely noticed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it.

A cozy, old-school place that’s quiet and close to both the beaches and old town. There’s a pool and kitchenette, and Alexandra at the front desk was great. Had an excellent stay in Lagos, and I’d recommend it. Hopefully I’ll be back.

We had a pool-facing unit with a door straight out to the deck, which felt like a nice little luxury. We also enjoyed sitting outside at the end of the day after touring around Portugal. The place had everything we needed for our three-day stay, including a kitchen, a roomy bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. It was clean, and the staff were so welcoming. A wonderful stay, highly recommend.
