We had a bad experience when we arrived. The apartment smelled horrible, and even after we opened everything up to air it out, the odor stayed. I suspect it may have been coming from the sofas, which seemed not to have been cleaned. The welcome gift was a nice idea, but the pastel de nata was burnt and inedible. We weren’t allowed to use the pool, and the toilet wasn’t like the photos. It was impossible to sit on it comfortably, especially for anyone taller than 1.80m. I definitely don’t recommend this accommodation.

Everything matched what was presented, and Filip was a great host.

The hosting was smooth and flexible, and the location gave us plenty of beaches to choose from. In August 2023, my family and I had a wonderful holiday at The Tree house 96c. The house had recently been redecorated with a lot of taste, and the view was fantastic.

The house was gorgeous in every way, and the peaceful area and beautiful town made the weekend even better. Filipe was thoughtful, attentive, and a magnificent host, which helped make our stay perfect. Highly recommended, I doubt you’ll find a better place.

We had everything we needed, me and three friends: comfy fresh beds, a sunny balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of the center and the beach. Filipe was a really nice, helpful host. I highly recommend this place!
