Casa da Falfeira B&B

The Lagos location worked well whether we wanted to see Zoo de Lagos or wander around the old part of the city. João was so welcoming and pointed us toward his favorite beaches, walking routes and restaurants, like a friend who lives nearby. There’s private parking if you arrive by car, too. We loved the warm feel of the place, with pretty touches inside and out. That little chicken doorstop was especially cute. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and we had a fantastic stay.

The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including mosquito nets, air conditioning, a minibar, towels and welcome chocolates. It’s a really quiet spot, and the owner, Joao, was lovely, always smiling and in a good mood. He also spoiled us with generous breakfasts. We had a fantastic experience and I’m sure you’ll enjoy staying here.

João made the place feel cozy, and his local tips were genuinely useful. It’s only a five-minute drive from town, so it’s a handy base if you want time to explore the whole region. We had an amazing stay and would come back if we visit Portugal again.

Joao’s kindness and the lovely fresh breakfasts made our trip. The place felt like a little oasis, about five minutes by car from the city. It was even better than the photos and reviews suggested. Thank you for such a perfect stay :)
