10/10
The location worked really well, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and I liked the warm, inviting feel and the attention to detail. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with what I needed. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive, especially Mr PANKAJ. I had a wonderful stay and would come back and recommend the hotel.

If you’re a night owl, the hotel may suit you, but otherwise I’d avoid it. The one clear plus besides that is the price. Its central location is good, but the rooms are very dated and need serious updating. Breakfast was poor, with only a limited selection of basic items. Service was almost nonexistent and well below Portuguese standard. Nothing else gave me amazing memories.

The staff were fantastic, really attentive and helpful, and I’d go back. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great balconies, though they need modernising. If you want to be central and stay out late, this is an ideal hotel.

The breakfast was good, but our room wasn’t very practical. The bathroom was small and there weren’t many electrical outlets. We slept at this hostel and it was good.

The staff were friendly, and the location was good, though it’s a busy, loud area. The rooms were old, but that wasn’t the problem. Black mould covered the bathroom and made it stink so badly that spending time in the room, even sleeping, was hard. We asked to move, but were told no because the place was fully booked.
