The Macarena Beach Hostel

Making friends here felt easy and natural. There aren’t loads of organized social events, but spending time outside or in the kitchen, or playing pool, is an easy way to meet people. The owner and staff were really friendly, and I loved hanging out with everyone. It’s got a relaxed, down-to-earth beach vibe, and I loved this hostel. The location is great too, within reach of the beach, downtown and the bus stop. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Macarena Beach Hostel made my time in Lagos really special, and I loved staying there. It’s clean, has everything you need, and even has a pool table, which makes it easy to hang out with people. Nothing felt missing. If I’d brought my computer, I’d definitely have stayed longer. I’ll be back! Haha.

The people were really nice, and it was quiet at night while still being a fun place to stay. The location was great too, with all the amazing Lagos beaches within walking distance.

Spent three nights at the hostel and wished I could’ve stayed for three months. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and I had the best time. The atmosphere was awesome, and the pub crawls were super fun. Huge shout-out to Tommy and Finn for making the place ten times more fun. I’ll definitely be back.
