The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the location is excellent, close to Dona Ana beach. But the place is very old and badly needs renovation, outside and in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and creaked whenever anyone moved. The owner only contacted us through Whatsapp. Her friend handled check-in, arrived 20 minutes late, and didn't understand English.

The garden and terrace were nice, but most things felt a bit old. Customer service wasn't good. During our week there, the floor wasn't cleaned even once and we didn't get fresh towels. The bed was much too short at 1.80m.

The room was clean and good, though the bathroom could use some improvement. For the price, this place is really good, and I’d book it again.

At €90 a night, these problems were hard to overlook. The room looked dated, and the furnishings were shabby and dusty. The bathroom was filthy, with a tub burned by chemicals, a plastic toilet with leaking drains, and damaged walls. The property photos hide how bad these issues are. The owner never came to meet us, not even for check-in. She denied everything on WhatsApp and then ignored us.

The location is the one thing that makes it worthwhile. The house is very old, and the bedroom and bathroom furniture are dated. The bed felt like something from grandma's house, probably with the same old mattress, and the IKEA pillows were practically useless. The window didn't work properly, and the entrance is around the back with no sign at all. At least the ensuite bathroom is convenient. I don't think I'll return.
