I’m a neighbor, not a guest, but I can use their spa for swimming. It’s well organized and not too expensive, and the staff are kind. Our choir also held a concert in a beautiful room with good acoustics. Glad to have such friendly neighbors with excellent customer service!

The poolside tiles around the children's pool are extremely slippery and felt unsafe. The Kids Club was fine, though more toys and activities would help. Service at the pool bar also needs improvement. There aren't any restaurants right by the hotel, so you have to walk a bit or drive to eat elsewhere. Even so, the hotel itself was very nice and we had a good stay.

The outdoor pool is huge, and there are olive trees all over the property. It's close to the beach, well organized, and seems ideal for families. I liked that the kids' playground and pool are separate from the main outdoor pool, so you can enjoy some quiet there without hearing the kids, even though I have three noisy ones myself. The staff were nice and breakfast was good. A very nice experience.

The hotel has a good pool area and a superb bar. The on-site pizza restaurant was nice too, and breakfast buffet was good. Our group had problems with some of the room thermostats, and the air conditioning stays off when nobody is in the room. Bear in mind that Portugal's beaches are public, so hotels aren't right on the beach. You can get to the beach from here, but you have to cross a railway track and pass a large homeless camp.

We came for Festive Bridge over Christmas and left six days early. The food and service were terrible, there was no heating in the public areas, and the location was terrible. There was no shuttle into town. The bedroom lighting was so poor I couldn't see to use the safe or put on makeup. It didn't feel festive at all. Do not go.
