We paid €226 for two nights, over €113 a night, and came away feeling deceived and robbed. The room was a tiny, windowless box, stiflingly hot and with barely enough room to move. Opening a suitcase left no space to walk around. For that price, it felt like a storage closet, and I found it outrageous. The listing photos gave the impression that all the rooms were decent in size and quality and cost the same, but we ended up in what seemed like the smallest, worst, most claustrophobic option. I consider the photos misleading and the experience a complete scam. This was by far my worst accommodation experience, and I don't think the place should be allowed on Booking.com. Booking should take responsibility and remove it from the platform. The staff weren't welcoming, and we didn't feel they cared about their customers. I would never recommend this place, even for one night. Travelers deserve honesty and basic comfort for what they pay.

In September, my friend and I paid 70 euros a night for the smallest room, which was 8m2. The location was very good, close to the city center, and we liked the living room with its TV and the kitchen. The room wasn't worth the price. It was very small and poorly equipped, with a broken fan, no hangers or other place to put our things, ants, yellow-stained bedding, and a hole in the wall. The window was in the ceiling and couldn't be opened for fresh air. The power outlets were also on the ceiling, so we could only use one. The shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom. Check-in wasn't at the property, so we had to go somewhere else first. For a later check-in at 9pm, there was a fee. Those were our experiences.

The pictures make the place look great, but that's only partly what you get. There was mold in some parts of both the rooms and kitchen, and the electricity was very unreliable. The kitchen and bathroom were poorly equipped. I'd only book here if you don't have high expectations and want to be near the city center.

We booked the double room and felt misled by the reviews on Booking.com. It smelled musty, the bathroom was very damp, with water stains all over the ceiling and mold already forming. The bed felt damp when we wiped it. We lasted less than ten minutes before heading straight back to the landlord, Dream Algarve. The terms said we could cancel within three hours of check-in, and that worked without any problems. We then found an apartment nearby through another provider. The promised on-site parking wasn't there, so we parked in the garage around the corner. We strongly advise against staying here.
